Summer is well and truly over and before we know it Winter will be here. I’m as pale as a ghost as we know and from time-to-time, I like to get some help to make me look tanned, I could never naturally tan because I have the type of skin which just burns. This is where St Moriz comes in.
St Moriz is an affordable tanning brand that offers a range of products. I have previously used their dark mousse and I LOVE it. I was recently sent 2 of their tanning products along with their tanning mit and I thought it was about time I share my thoughts with you.
Where my skin is naturally so pale sometimes putting on a regular fake tan is just too obvious. I need to gradually build it up. Thankfully St Moriz has the perfect product.
Let me introduce you to their ‘Insta-Grad Tanning Mousse*’. This product is made for beginners and fair skinned people like me.
It’s an advanced dual action formula which will give you an instant natural tan which you can intensify over time.
You apply this like any normal tan, be sure to exfoliate beforehand, St Moriz has an Exfoliating Skin Primer (it’s amazing) and make sure you moisturise hands, elbows and knees. I apply mine using a tanning mit and the best technique is to apply a small amount and rub it in using circular motions.
Because of the instant colour, you can apply this in the morning and you’re ready to go. When you’re ready to shower it off you’re left with a subtle tan shade – perfect!
To make the most of the gradual effect apply it daily! After a few days, you’ll be left looking Sunkissed.
You can purchase the ‘Insta-Grand Tanning Mousse’ for £7.99 from Superdrug
When it comes to tanning my face I have to be quite careful as my skin can throw a paddy if I used a regular tanner on it. This brings me onto St Moriz’s next product. ‘St Moriz Tan Boosting Facial Serum*’.
The serum gives you a made to measure glow with salon active ingredients. I have been adding a few drops to my morning moisturiser and it’s made my skin look beautiful and glow, I’m all about the glow!
It’s so easy to build up your tan with these drops and it’s easy to create your perfect tan! St Moriz recommends using between 3-6 drops but I’ve found that using 2 still gives me a beautiful glow. I haven’t been quite brave enough to use 6 yet!
One thing I will say is you do have to make sure you properly wash your hands afterwards or you will end up with the dreaded orange palms!
You can purchase the ‘St Moriz Tan Boosting Facial Serum’ for £9.99 from Superdrug.
I was so impressed with both of the products and I can definitely see myself repurchasing these once I run out. Thank you to Shae-Lynn from Brand Nation for sending me these to try.
