REVIEW: Too Faced Born This Way Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer

Concealer is one of my favourite makeup products and I couldn’t live without it. I like a light foundation and I always opt for a heavier coverage concealer.

I saw all the hype surrounding the Too Faced Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer and when I was in London recently I popped into the Carnaby Street store (which is stunning by the way) I decided to pick one up.

This concealer is multi-use you can use it to conceal, contour, highlight and retouch. They have 20 shades available and I could definitely find one to suit all of these. I, of course, picked up the shade Swan because as we know I’m as pale as a ghost.

The formula is super creamy but yet has amazing coverage. I was worried it was going to slip all over my face! It also feels super lightweight which I didn’t expect. It’s super full coverage and literally covers anything. I’ve been put on some new Crohns Disease meds and my skin has been playing up a little so this has come in handy for those naughty blemishes.

It’s got a large doe foot applicator which makes it really easy to apply, its shaped like a diamond so the point helps you get into the hard to reach areas. It also doesn’t pick up too much product which I have found with some concealers in the past.

The packaging on this is a little bit over the top I think it’s HUGE and the same size bottle as some of my foundations which is crazy. Although I do love the look of it I just don’t think it’s necessary.

Overall I’m really impressed with this concealer and I’m hoping to pick up a shade for contouring.

I picked this up for £24 from the Too Faced Store but you can also buy it here.

Have you tried this concealer yet?

Laura

I think you’ll like it and because you’re a similar skin tone to me I think Swan will suit you xx

How does it compare to Shape Tape? I can’t get off the Shape Tape life but this concealer has me intrigued!

I much prefer the too-faced one to shape tape. It sits a lot better on my skin and blends much easier! x

I think I’m going to try this – whilst I love Shape Tap I saw this reviewed on Wayne Goss YouTube channel and he raved about it. Now reading this……it’s tempting me.
