REVIEW: L’Oreal Nude Magique Cushion Foundation

By now every beauty lover will know they hype surrounding cushion foundations. Until now cushion foundations were only available via high-end brands, but now we finally have one we can pick up at boots or superdrug.
To be honest I didn’t expect to like this foundation at all. It just seemed weird to me that the foundation sits soaked in a cushion. You can get this foundation in 6 shades I think and of course mine is the lightest of them all. The foundation contains SPF 29 which is great especially as it should be getting warmer now in the UK. The foundation comes with a little sponge to apply it which works really well, although I have been using my beauty blender a lot as that works perfectly.
I would say the coverage of this foundation is light to medium and it’s very natural and feels weightless on the skin. This foundation gives a nice dewy finish and makes me look healthy which is great for someone as pale as me. The foundation does last until I take it off at night. I have used this with and without a primer and it works great! It’s also so quick and easy to apply and blend, you cannot go wrong.

I also love the packaging its very compact and perfect for travel. One thing I thought when I got this was I would ignore the little puff completely but I have been using it quite a lot, especially when I’m in a rush.

Overall I’m so impressed with this and it has become a firm favourite and I can see myself using it again and again. If you want to pick one up you can get it from Boots or Superdrug for £14.99. It’s normally on a 3 for 2 offer too!

Let me know if you have this and what your thoughts are.
