I’m a tanning newbie and I’ve only just recently started using fake tan regularly and my new love is Bondi Sands liquid gold. It’s amazing and leaves me looking the perfect shade of tanned. But, like any fake take it starts to fade after a while and go all patchy. When this happens I kind of resemble a lizard, not a cute look!
The one thing I dread is removing fake tan. It takes forever and scrubbing at the skin can be super painful and I have been left looking like a lobster before.
Recently Bondi Sands launched their Self Tan Ersaer. Honestly, when I heard about this I thought it would stupid. Surely if this actually worked there would be loads around. I instantly expected it to be crap. Anyway, I still picked up a bottle in Boots just for research purposes. Tonight was the night I was going to try it out. My tan was 6 days old, I was looking like a lizard and to be honest I just wanted it off. I found my bottle of Tan Eraser and off to the bathroom I went.
I applied the remover all over my body and left it for just over 5 minutes. The foam made it really easy to apply and a little went a long way. During the 5 minutes I was feeling really sticky which I didn’t like. Even whilst I was standing there I was convinced it wasn’t going to work and I had wasted my money. I jumped in the shower, wet my flannel and gently rubbed it over my arm. OH MH GOD! The tan had vanished. Just like that it was gone. I was super impressed. On my elbows and knees I did have to rub a little bit harder to get it off but nowhere near as hard as I would have without the tan remover. I’m honestly In shock that this actually worked. I’m now back to being Caspar the ghost and I’m actually looking forward to tanning again just because I know at the end of it I can use this product. If you are sceptical like I was please pick this up and try it for yourself. I don’t think you’ll regret it.
You can pick this up from Boots on offer for £9.99
